I had my 100,000 mile service done on a 2012 Honda Odyssey in late September. They changed my timing belt, replaced the water pump, flushed fluids, and did an oil change. In early December I began hearing a tick in the engine compartment and took the car in to have it looked at. A few days later they called and said my car was ready for pick up, at NO charge! When they say their work is guaranteed they mean it! They have my business for the life of both my Honda’s! Good customer service is hard to find. Thanks guys!
